Do we need to have an existing AI strategy to work with you?
No. Most of our clients come to us at the beginning of their AI journey. We start with an assessment of where you are, where you want to go, and what the realistic path looks like.
How is Pellerin Technology different from other AI consultants?
We lead with education, not sales. We don't arrive with a pre-built solution and look for ways to fit your business into it. We start with your business — your workflows, your people, your goals — and build from there.
Do we own the tools you build?
Yes. Full proprietary ownership on everything we develop. No vendor lock-in, no black boxes, no ongoing licensing fees for tools we built for you.
How long does an engagement typically take?
It depends on scope. A strategy and education engagement can move in four to eight weeks. A full build and implementation takes longer — we'll give you a realistic timeline during the proposal phase, not after you've signed.
Do you work with organizations that have already tried AI and it didn't work?
Yes — and honestly, that's some of our most important work. If a previous implementation didn't take hold, it's usually because the strategy, the change management, or the team enablement piece was missing. We go back and fix the foundation.
Do you only work in Louisiana?
No. While we're proudly South Louisiana-based, we work with organizations across the country. We do believe in relationships, so we'll always make time to be in the room when it matters.
What does the process look like from first conversation to full deployment?

Can you help with AI for a specific department rather than company-wide?
