Richard Pellerin spent more than twenty years building and operating businesses across healthcare, real estate, and private investment before founding Pellerin Technology. That background didn't just inform his perspective — it defined it. He had seen firsthand what happens when organizations adopt technology without strategy: expensive tools that go unused, teams that feel left behind, and leadership that's no closer to understanding their own business than they were before. He founded Pellerin Technology to solve a problem he kept watching happen to good companies — being sold solutions before anyone had properly identified the problem. The firm was built on a different premise: education must precede execution, strategy must precede technology, and true tech success is measured by what your team actually uses and gains from it.
Alongside Richard, Chief Operating Officer Tammy Tuminaro brings deep operational expertise and a commitment to translating that strategic vision into seamless execution.
